Le Ballet School was founded in 2014 in Trinidad and Tobago and was inspired by the desire of its artistic director to share her passion for the beauty and rigors of classical ballet with the next generation of dancers, in the hope that they too would come to love and treasure the exhilaration of performing ballet.

Our Mission

We seek to provide students with a quality ballet education while encouraging them to develop a passion for dance as well an understanding that the values of discipline, dedication and perseverance developed in this study will inevitably contribute to their success in any chosen career path.

 

Classes

Le Ballet School offers classes in classical ballet from 4 years of age to  adult. Classes are designed for the study of ballet in line with an international syllabus that equips students with the technique to excel in all genres of dance. The syllabus includes technical steps, music education, character steps and mime.

 

Examinations

Students are afforded the opportunity to enter both graded and vocational ballet examinations proctored by UK regulated examiners of the ISTD and are eligible for exams from age 7.

 

Performance

Students can also showcase their talents at school performances.
